What specifically do you do as a Digital Marketer at LCL?
As a Digital Marketer at LCL, you’re an essential part of our marketing team, using your passion for content creation to deliver our message in a clear, compelling, and engaging way. You’ll be the driving force behind all of LCL’s digital communication efforts.
Here’s what your role entails:
- Content Creation: Develop a digital content strategy aligned with our business goals and brand identity.
- Writing and Editing: Craft high-quality content such as blog posts, whitepapers, customer success stories, newsletters, social media posts, and website copy.
- Multichannel Approach: Ensure our content seamlessly integrates across various channels, from our website to LinkedIn and email campaigns.
- SEO Optimization: Create content that ranks well on search engines while delivering real value to our audiences.
- Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with designers and videographers to amplify our message through visuals.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen our reputation as an employer through authentic and impactful content.

You’re a creative thinker with a passion for language, technology, and digital trends. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Content Creation Expertise: You excel at writing clear, inspiring, and goal-oriented content.
- Language Skills: You have an excellent command of Dutch and can easily switch to English, both written and spoken. French is a plus.
- Strategic Insight: You understand how content contributes to achieving business objectives.
- Organizational Strength: You can plan projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Affinity: Experience with tools like Hubspot, Umbraco, WordPress, or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
While a background in marketing, communication, or digital media is helpful, your drive, creativity, and hands-on mentality matter most. Experience in the IT sector or B2B environments is a bonus.
