You’ve read it before: we listen to our customers and build lasting relationships with them. On the other hand, we aim to further expand our activities. As Service Delivery Technical Teamleader, you play a key role in that collaboration.

What specifically do you do as a Service Delivery Technical Teamleader at LCL?

  • Leading and Coaching: Daily management of data center technicians and data center supervisors, including task allocation, follow-up, and guiding their professional development through coaching and feedback.
  • Ensuring Quality and Safety: Monitoring compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards, and implementing improvement measures following incidents or audits.
  • Developing Procedures: Drafting, implementing, and managing work procedures and technical instructions to ensure consistency, quality, and safety.
  • Project and Planning Coordination: Creating and managing project schedules, including aligning staff, equipment, and budgets, and resolving potential bottlenecks. This is always done in consultation with other departments (e.g., Critical Infrastructure).
  • Technical Support: Acting as one of the points of contact for technical questions and facilitating efficient problem-solving within the team.
  • Reporting and Improvement: Monitoring the progress and results of projects and reporting to management, with a focus on continuous improvement.

As a Service Delivery Technical Team Leader, you coordinate projects, develop procedures, and ensure quality and safety in collaboration with other relevant departments (such as Quality, Critical Infrastructure, etc.). You lead a technical team and foster the professional growth of your team members within a sustainable and innovative organization.

Is this something for you?

  • Thanks to your technical education or equivalent experience, you have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • With experience in drafting and implementing technical procedures, you ensure an efficient and high-quality work environment.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of safety and quality standards within a technical environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills enable you to inspire and successfully lead a team.
  • Multilingual (Dutch, French, English), customer-focused, and detail-oriented, you consistently deliver the best results.
