Today, we welcomed all colleagues who joined LCL Data Centers in 2024 and 2025 for our very first Onboarding Day.
We want every new colleague to feel supported, informed, and connected. That is why we have a thorough onboarding plan in place. Still, new questions naturally pop up once you are fully settled in. That’s why we created this dedicated Onboarding Day as an extra touchpoint.
Throughout the day, each department head introduced their team and explained their role and responsibilities within LCL. Our new colleagues also had plenty of time to ask questions, connect across the organisation, and better understand how we work together.
