Last week, we held our annual LCL colleague event! After two years of corona, we finally had the opportunity to arrange an enjoyable gathering for some internal bonding. All LCL colleagues attended the event at Lamot, Mechelen. Thanks to the team building they had the opportunity to connect, share some stories and have a laugh together while getting to know each other better.
It was a memorable evening, mainly due to our team building game called ‘Help our CEO is kidnapped!’. This team building activity split the staff up in groups to solve assignments to eventually crack the code and free Laurens van Reijen. All colleagues showed great enthusiasm and determination to work together. Overall, the staff event was a big success!
