At LCL, we didnโt just celebrate Compliment Day, we turned it into a full week of appreciation! Colleagues shared handwritten notes, either personally or on our compliment board. HR gave the initial push with creative data center-themed quotes.
This sparked a chain reaction of meaningful moments. Seeing colleagues light up with surprise as they discovered thoughtful notes on their desks proved that a simple compliment can truly brighten someoneโs day.
